In Acts 17 the Apostle Paul is in Athens at a meeting place called the Areopagus - the gathering place for all those interested in "talking about and listening to the latest ideas." I have mused for some time that coffeehouses are the new Areopagus. The coffeehouse environment seems to encourage people to be more open with their hearts and their thoughts. This blog is an attempt to capture that environment to share my reflections on faith, family, life, and leadership. ::Chris Genders::
Bill & I are heading to Southern California today for the Exponential Conference at Saddleback Community Church. I am looking forward to finally seeing this church for myself. I'll keep you posted on take-aways from the conference...
